Kouyuu Nagareba (流刃 昴夕, Nagareba Kōyū), later known as the Cardinal King (枢機王, Sūkiō, lit. "King of Vital Points"), is an antagonist of The Dance with Pluto and the Beast and the Emperoider Spin Series. Possessor of the ability MMT, he is an MPLS student of the NP Cram School.
His true identity is Humanity's Basis (人間の底辺, Ningen no Teihen), who will later become the ruler of the war-torn Fifth Civilization.
Personality[]
Kouyuu initially appears to be a lively and social student. He took an interest in the distinctiveness of the quiet Kousuke Saiga. In reality, however, he is an arrogant being who looks down on all modern humans as primitive people.
Appearance[]
Kouyuu looks like a young man with short red hair, red eyes and a well-defined chin. He is shown wearing a military-like dark green uniform.
Background[]
Kouyuu takes the cover of a student of the NP Cram School, like the other MPLS.
Abilities[]
- Magical Mystery Tour (マジカル・ミステリー・ツア, Majikaru Misuterī Tsua): Often shortened to MMT, later known as Life Eater (生命喰らい, Seimei Kurai), it is Kouyuu's ability, which allows him to revitalize and evolve human beings.

- Kouyuu's first name is written with the characters for "Pleiades" and "evening".
